Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using eReceipt ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Platform
eReceipt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal or business receipt management purposes. You may not sublicence, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or unauthorized data
- Scrape or harvest data from the platform without prior written consent
- Impersonate another user, merchant, or eReceipt employee
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with eReceipt are the exclusive property of eReceipt Inc. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right or licence to use any trademark or brand feature of eReceipt.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the platform.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. eReceipt does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your subscription to and use of the eReceipt platform, including all features, APIs, and integrations made available to you under your chosen plan.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. eReceipt reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice to subscribers.
4. Data Processing
By using eReceipt, you authorize us to process transaction and receipt data on your behalf. You retain ownership of your data. We process it solely to provide and improve the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eReceipt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
eReceipt collects information you provide directly (name, email, payment details), information from connected accounts (Gmail, Outlook, merchant POS systems), and usage data collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the eReceipt service
- Process transactions and send receipts on your behalf
- Send service notifications and product updates
- Detect fraud and ensure platform security
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers (payment processors, cloud infrastructure) under strict confidentiality agreements, and with law enforcement when required by applicable law.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Receipt and transaction data is retained for a minimum of 7 years to support tax and audit requirements. You may request deletion of your data subject to legal obligations.
5. Your Rights
